Sahwal takes utmost care to keep your information secure from unauthorized access, use or disclosure or alteration. We take appropriate steps and security measures to protect your information and ensure that your information is protected as mandated by law. For this purpose we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures consistent with industry standard, including technical, operational, managerial and physical security controls, to keep your personal information secure from unauthorized access or disclosure while it is under our control.

While we safeguard your personal information in accordance with industry standards, you acknowledge that the Internet or computer networks are not completely secure and we cannot give any absolute assurance about the security of your personal information. You therefore acknowledge that you will not hold Sahwal responsible in any way for any loss of your information, or any other data that you share with us or that we have, if such loss or any damage to you occurs due to force majeure events.
